Hi,
For some reason I find myself compelled to write this post for pure accountability. Kind of embarrassed. I started going to A Healthy Life and they have prescribed phentermine. Week one I took a b-12 shot and week two they gave me a shot of a fat burner. I sweated so much during my run yesterday.
STARTING WEIGHT on MARCH 28, 2018 at 196 pounds.
WEEK 2 on APRIL 3, 2018 at 194 pounds.
So, I lost 2 pounds and I am not that happy. I eliminated carbs, caffeine, and alcohol. I had two slips, ate some couscous and rice by pure accident.
I do not drink soda unless it is a whisky coke and since I am not having whisky then I do not have to worry about this part.
I started tracking my food using Supertracker.
I am taking Ballet Folklorico classes with Ballet Folklorico de Los Angeles twice a week for 1.5 hours. I am hoping for the best here.
Thanks for reading.

I like what you said about accountability.
ReplyDeleteAccountability is a good thing because it helps us to get closer to any of our goals including weight loss and it forces us to be truthful with ourselves.
I noticed you said that you lost 2 pounds and that you were not happy and I can understand this.
I know you feel as though you did everything in your power to lose weight but when you checked your weight a month later it felt as though your results were small compared to the work that you put in. That would make anyone feel frustrated so I definitely understand.
The reason of this is because these days weight loss is like a puzzle and the puzzle pieces is the knowledge.
We all have some of the puzzle pieces (knowledge) but we are all missing a few puzzle pieces (knowledge) to make the puzzle complete so that we can achieve our weight loss goals.
What if I told you that you could achieve your weight loss goals much quicker without counting calories, trying to eat perfect or going through a lot of exercise.
